2. Lay it flat on the floor or on your bed.
3. Measure with a tape measure:

WIDTH — Tops: from armpit to armpit, straight across the chest. Jeans: waist, flat from edge to edge. LENGTH — Tops: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Jeans: from the top of the waistband to the hem. LEG OPENING (jeans) — straight across the hem of one leg, laid flat.

4. Compare your numbers with the measurements in the item description.
