📅 Return period

You have 14 days to return your order – starting from the day you received your package.

📦 Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The item is unworn, undamaged and in original condition.
• Proof of purchase (e.g. email invoice or receipt) is enclosed.
• Reduced items are excluded from returns and refunds.
• Hygiene products, health items and gift vouchers cannot be returned.
• Unfortunately, orders from outside the EU cannot be returned.

⚠️ Important: Be sure to include the completed cancellation form with your package. Without this form, your return cannot be processed.

💸 Costs & Refund

• Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
• Any applicable payment fees (e.g. PayPal/credit card) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The refund will be processed within 14 days after we have inspected your return.

⚠️ Additional information

• If a package is not picked up, we will retain a processing fee of €10 plus the original shipping costs.
• For items with a value of over €25, we strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking, as we cannot accept liability in case of loss.
