Return period
You have 14 days to return your order – starting from the day you received your package.
Return conditions
The following conditions must be met in order for a return to be accepted:
- The item is unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.
- The proof of purchase (e.g., email invoice or receipt) is enclosed.
- Reduced-price items are excluded from return and refund.
- Hygiene products, health items and gift vouchers cannot be returned.
- Unfortunately, orders from other EU countries cannot be returned.

Important: Please be sure to include the completed cancellation form in the package. Without this form, your return cannot be processed.
Costs & Refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
- Any applicable payment fees (e.g. PayPal/credit card) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days after we have inspected your return.

Additional information
- If a package is not collected, we will retain a processing fee of €10 as well as the original shipping costs.
- For items valued over €25, we strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for loss.
