Return Period
You have 14 days to return your order – starting from the day you received your package.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The proof of purchase (e.g., email invoice or receipt) is included.
- Reduced items are excluded from returns and refunds.
- Hygiene products, health articles, and gift vouchers also cannot be returned.
- Orders from outside the EU unfortunately cannot be returned.

Important: Be sure to include the completed return form in the package. Without this form, your return cannot be processed.
Costs & Refunds
- Shipping costs are not refunded for returns.
- Any payment fees incurred (e.g., PayPal/credit card) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days after we have inspected your return.

Additional Information
- If a package is not collected, we will retain a processing fee of €10 as well as the original shipping costs.
- For items with a value over €25, we strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for loss.
