§ 2 Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. Acceptance occurs through our order confirmation via email or the shipment of the goods.

§ 3 Product Features

The items offered are predominantly used, unique pieces (vintage clothing), some from brand manufacturers.
Size and condition are described as accurately as possible; minor variations are possible due to age or individual use. Where possible, we provide measurements , photos of the garment being worn , or fitting videos .

§ 4 Prices and Shipping

All prices are in Euros.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown (small business regulation).
Additional shipping costs will apply and will be displayed during the ordering process.

We ship with Hermes (and possibly DHL) to the following countries:

• Italy, Spain, Portugal (with restrictions for inaccessible regions/provinces)

Shipping times vary depending on the destination region. Shipping to certain regions may be unavailable if the shipping provider does not serve them.

§ 5 Payment methods

The selection of available payment methods may vary depending on the delivery country and technical availability. All payments must be made in euros.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .

No right of withdrawal for discounted goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to discounted items if this has been clearly indicated in advance in the respective product description.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zlatko Panovski, Langenbergsweg 9a, 53179 Bonn, info@53selective.com ) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments (excluding delivery and return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
You bear the costs of the return shipment .
You are only liable for any loss in value if it is due to improper handling of the goods.

§ 7 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider or by force majeure. The risk passes to you as soon as the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

§ 8 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
Please note: Due to the nature of used items, there may be age-related variations, signs of wear, or minor defects. These do not constitute grounds for complaint, provided they are clearly stated in the product description.

§ 10 Intellectual Property

All content used on this website (texts, images, trademarks, logos, designs) is protected by copyright.
All brand names and trademarks used are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for product description.
All content is the property of Zlatko Panovski and may not be used or copied without express permission.

Information on how we handle your personal data can be found in our privacy policy .
Please note: Since our shop is operated via Shopify, data may also be processed by Shopify and transferred to third countries.

§ 12 Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 13 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual clauses of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
