Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (standard shipping), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Condition of the returned goods

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

• Hygiene items or personal care products, if their seal has been removed,

• Individually manufactured or personalized items,

Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of €10 as well as the actual return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Refunds for gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the goods via email upon return.

If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the person who gave it, the refund will be issued to that person.
