RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.



Withdrawal Period


The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.



Declaration of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or a return form enclosed with the return) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample return form below, which is not mandatory.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.



Consequences of Withdrawal


If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (standard shipping), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal has reached us.


For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return – whichever is the earlier date.



Return of Goods


You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.


You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.


We will refund all payments incurred as part of the order.



No Liability for Shipping Risks


We assume no liability for loss, damage, or delay during shipping – neither for shipping to you nor for return shipping to us.

We therefore recommend returning items with tracking and, if necessary, insurance, especially for items with a value over €25.



Condition of Returned Goods


The goods must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, where available.

Please enclose a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.



Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal


A right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

• Hygiene articles or personal care products, if their seal has been removed,

• custom-made or personalized items,

• gift vouchers after complete redemption.



Uncollected Packages


If a package is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of €10 as well as the actual return shipping costs from the refund amount.



Refunds for Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the goods via email upon return.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be made to that person.



Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time for a refund to be posted.

3. Contact your bank – refunds often require additional processing time.
