Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (standard delivery), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

No liability for shipping risks

We assume no liability for loss, damage or delay in shipping – neither during shipment to you nor during return shipment to us.

Condition of the returned goods

The goods must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging, if applicable.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for the following goods:

• Hygiene articles or personal care products, provided their seal has been removed,

• custom-made or personalized items,

• Gift vouchers after full redemption.

Uncollected packages

If a package is not picked up by the customer and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of €10 as well as the actual return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Refund for gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the goods by email upon return.

If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift recipient, the refund will be made to that recipient.
